My Journey to In Control Fitness and Health
My journey with fitness and nutrition began in middle school when I first started focusing on improving my sports performance. Throughout my collegiate years, I continued to prioritize my fitness, delving into weight training and endurance training. As I started a family and pursued a career, I had to find ways to be more efficient with my training. Now, having retired from my full-time career and with my family growing, I am dedicated to sharing my experience and knowledge with others. At In Control Fitness and Health, I focus on three key areas: fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness, drawing from my own successes and failures to help others improve their lives.
What sets In Control Fitness and Health apart is my dedication to focusing on each individual's needs and goals. Together, we set achievable goals and adapt the training program as needed. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so I am committed to adapting to my clients' life conditions, whether they are dealing with injuries, travel, or other adjustments. My approach is holistic, focusing on increasing self-awareness and addressing the total body. I am here to provide my clients with the support and guidance they need to achieve their health and fitness goals.
